Career Training: Branch Manager Trainee Program - Session 2

The objective is to train branch manager trainees to acquire the knowledge, skills, and capabilities necessary for effective branch operations. Additionally, trainees will have the opportunity to visit the tile production facility to learn about operational processes and initial concepts.

 
The training sessions are organized into various topics, divided into morning and afternoon rounds, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in the conference room on the 4th floor of Dynasty Ceramic Public Company Limited, Head Office.

The sessions will cover comprehensive content, including thought processes, techniques, analytical methods, and evaluation strategies. These are drawn from the experts' practical experiences, highlighting effective practices, common pitfalls, and strategies for success, as well as key elements in team building. The concept shared by Mr. Marut is: When you work with expectations, you are likely to be disappointed. However, if you turn expectations into understanding, you will avoid disappointment. For example, if you instruct someone to perform a task without understanding their approach, without detailing the methods or providing guidance on what is good or bad, and then expect them to succeed, you should prepare for disappointment. As a leader, you need to sit with empathy in people's minds, not just impose rules from above.
